Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) President and General Manager Winston F. Garcia (far left) is all smiles as he poses with the winners of the Representational Category of the 2009 GSIS Painting Competition--the biggest art contest in the country today. The top three winners took home cash prizes of P300,000, P200,000 and P100,000, respectively. Joining Mr. Garcia are (left-right): Siegfredo Galan (1st prize), Florentino Impas, Jr. (2nd prize), Ronald Limayo (3rd prize), and Salvador Convocar, president of the Art Association of the Philippines.
